Application Process
We have streamlined the study abroad application process into clear, manageable steps. Our team guides you through each stage to maximize your chances of admission.
Profile Assessment
We evaluate your academic background, English test scores, work experience, and career goals to identify the best UK universities and programs that match your profile and budget.
University Selection & Application
We shortlist 5-8 UK universities and prepare your applications. For undergraduates, we handle the UCAS process. For postgraduates, we submit direct applications to each university with tailored personal statements.
Personal Statement Writing
UK personal statements are different from US SOPs. We help you write a focused, evidence-based statement that demonstrates your academic motivation, relevant experience, and career goals in a concise format.
Scholarship Applications
We help you apply for the Chevening Scholarship, Commonwealth Scholarships, university-specific awards, and external funding. Chevening applications require four separate essays — we guide you through each one.
CAS & Visa Preparation
After accepting your offer and paying your deposit, your university issues a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies). We then prepare your Student visa application including financial documents, TB test certificate, and ATAS clearance if required.
Student Visa Filing & Pre-Departure
We guide you through the online visa application, biometrics appointment at the VFS centre in Kathmandu, and document submission. After visa approval, we provide a pre-departure briefing covering accommodation, banking, NHS registration, and settling in.
Costs & Scholarships
Understanding the financial commitment is crucial for planning your study abroad journey. Here is a breakdown of typical costs and available funding options.
Taught Masters programs at most universities cost £12,000-£22,000/year. Business, medicine, and programs at top London universities can reach £25,000-£35,000. Undergraduate programs cost £15,000-£25,000/year. Since Masters is only 1 year, your total tuition cost is lower than most other countries. In Nepali rupees, tuition is approximately NPR 20-55 lakh per year.
London requires approximately £12,000-£15,000 per year (£1,334/month as required by UK Visas). Outside London, costs are £9,000-£12,000/year (£1,023/month). Since a Masters is only 1 year, your total living cost is half of what you would pay for a 2-year program in the USA or Australia.
Chevening Scholarships cover full tuition, monthly living allowance (approx. £1,200/month), return flights, and thesis grant for Nepali students. Commonwealth Scholarships fund students from developing nations. Many universities offer £2,000-£10,000 merit-based scholarships. Some universities have specific South Asia scholarships.

Student Life
Studying abroad is about more than just academics. Here is what you can expect from life as an international student.
The UK offers a unique blend of academic tradition and vibrant modern culture. University cities like Oxford, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Bristol combine centuries of academic heritage with thriving arts, music, and food scenes. UK universities have active student unions that organize events, societies, sports clubs, and support services.
Student visa holders can work up to 20 hours per week during term and full-time during vacation periods. The national minimum wage for workers over 21 is £11.44/hour. Common jobs for students include retail, hospitality, university library or admin roles, and tutoring.
The Graduate Route visa is a major draw. After completing your degree, you can stay and work in the UK for 2 years (3 years for PhD graduates) without needing employer sponsorship. This gives you time to gain UK work experience and potentially transition to a Skilled Worker visa for long-term employment. The UK's compact size also makes it easy to travel across the country and to Europe on weekends.
