We assess your academic record, English test scores, work experience, and career goals to determine the best Australian universities and programs for your profile and budget.
University Shortlisting & Application
We create a balanced list of 4-6 universities across Group of Eight, mid-tier, and practical options. We prepare and submit your applications including SOP, resume, and academic documents.
IELTS/PTE Preparation Guidance
If you have not yet taken IELTS or PTE, we provide preparation guidance and connect you with coaching resources in Kathmandu to help you achieve the required scores.

Once you receive offers, we help you compare them, negotiate scholarships if possible, accept the best offer, and obtain your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
GTE Statement & Visa Preparation
We help you craft a strong Genuine Temporary Entrant statement — the most critical part of the Australian visa application. We also prepare your financial documents, OSHC, and health examination.
Visa Lodgement & Pre-Departure
We submit your Student Visa (subclass 500) application through ImmiAccount and track it until approval. Then we provide pre-departure briefing covering accommodation, airport pickup, banking, and settling in.
Costs & Scholarships
Understanding the financial commitment is crucial for planning your study abroad journey. Here is a breakdown of typical costs and available funding options.
Group of Eight universities typically charge AUD 35,000-45,000/year. Other universities range from AUD 20,000-32,000. Diploma and pathway programs start at AUD 18,000-24,000/year. In Nepali rupees, this is approximately NPR 25-55 lakh per year.

Student Life
Studying abroad is about more than just academics. Here is what you can expect from life as an international student.
Life as a Nepali student in Australia is rewarding and full of opportunities. Australian cities consistently rank among the world's most livable, with excellent public transport, healthcare, and safety. Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane have established Nepali communities with restaurants, cultural organizations, and festival celebrations that help you feel at home.
You can work up to 48 hours per fortnight during term time and unlimited hours during breaks. With Australia's high minimum wage of AUD 23.23/hour, part-time work can cover a significant portion of your living expenses. Popular jobs include hospitality, retail, delivery services, and aged care.
After completing your degree, the Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) allows you to stay and work in Australia for 2-4 years. If you study and work in regional Australia, you can get additional years. This post-study work period is your opportunity to gain Australian work experience, which is valuable for both your career and permanent residency applications.
